Welcome to our online newsletter.
 
Urgent need of Coaches
This year we will have 17 teams and we have only got 7 Coaches. Newman Sienna Netball Club is run by parents and we are all volunteers. The Club expects each team to provide a Coach and a Manager, Please consider being a Coach or asking friends and family if they would like to Coach.  The club will support you if it is your first time coaching.  Please contact us at info.newmansiennanetballblub.com.au if you would like to coach this year. If there is no coach for a team then they may not be able to play. 

The Club also encourages year 11 and 12's to Coach a younger team and its great if they can share the coaching with a friend. Coaching a team can be used for the 20 hours service learning. Please contact us or come to the meeting on Thursday evening. 

There is a Coaches and Managers meeting this Thursday 11 March, 6pm in the Sports Complex. If you are interested or have already put your name down to Coach or Manager please attend this meeting.

Perth Netball Association is offering a couple of Coaching courses, if you are interested in attending one of these please let us know. 

Team Announcements
The Team announcements will now be held on Monday 22 March at the Newman sports complex, this will be held at 6pm and we expect everyone to attend to find out what team they are in, The Club expects parents to attend this evening to show their support to the team, the Club and to the Coach and Manager. There will be information about the season and the Club.  The Coaches and Managers are all volunteers and so is the Committee.
 
Coaches, Managers and Umpires meeting
 There is a meeting on the 11 March for all Coaches, Managers and Umpires. The relevant people will be contacted before this date.

Training Session with Coaches
A training session has been organised for Thursday 18 March.  This training session is for all players and will be run by the Coaches. Please be at the netball Courts by 3.30pm and it will finish at 4.30pm.

Umpire  Courses
Perth Netball Association is offering a range of courses for Umpires. Please Click on the Umpires tab for the information.  If you are interested in doing one of these courses please contact us info.newmansiennanetballclub.com.au and we will help you.
 
Purchasing a Club Jumper
thank you to everyone that purchased a Club jumper on registration day.If you missed out and would like to still purchase one, an order can be placed on Team announcement night. or you can click on the link below to download the order form and either drop it into the locked box at Student Administration at Newman College or email it back to us at info@newmansiennanetballclub.com.au
